We can all use a little extra dose of happy in our lives right now, and McDonald's is stepping up with an adult Happy Meal!

The good folks at McDonald's USA announced they are collaborating with famous streetwear brand Cactus Plant Flea Market for the new "Cactus Plant Flea Market Box" meal. It's really just a fancy name for the adult Happy Meal that launches on October 3.

"Introducing: the Cactus Plant Flea Market Box, a first-of-its-kind collaboration made exclusively for McDonald’s fans by one of the most important brands in culture," McDonald's said in a release. "It all starts with the box, which has been totally redesigned in Cactus Plant Flea Market’s signature style alongside McD’s iconic Golden Arches. The box will be available in-restaurant, in the drive-thru, by delivery or on the McDonald’s App starting Oct. 3, while supplies last."

Much like with the junior version, customers can order a Cactus Plant Flea Market Box with either a burger (a Big Mac in this case) or chicken McNuggets (10 pieces for adults), with fries and a drink. The meal is heavily nostalgia focused, with a throwback box design along with the most important part.

Yes, your adult Happy Meal will come with a toy!

"What’s a boxed meal at McDonald’s without a surprise inside," McDonald's asked. "Open it up to find one of four collectible figurines made just for the Cactus Plant Flea Market Box – Grimace, the Hamburglar, and Birdie are back and are now joined by Cactus Buddy!, exclusively within the Cactus Plant Flea Market Box."

Cactus Plant Flea Market is a streetwear brand that has been popularized by Kanye West and Pharrell in recent years. Complex has described its aesthetic as a "fluid and eccentric combination" mixed with "playful graphic imagery."

The special launch will also include a series of new merch, a practice that's becoming standard for McDonald's with its special events lately.

" Craving more? Merch will also be made available exclusively on cpfmmcdonalds.com on Oct. 3 at 11 a.m. ET. The collection will only be available during a limited-time window, while supplies last," McDonald's said. "The release features a variety of tees, hoodies, and special collectibles - which further explores the storytelling between the two brands, showcasing Cactus Plant Flea Market’s uncanny ability to tap into deeply specific nostalgia."

McDonalds once again sets out to prove nothing tastes as good as nostalgia and that it's important to pack a lunch when taking a trip down memory lane.

Fayetteville One of the Worst Places to Buy a House in the Country

Yes, the real estate market around the country has been crazy the last couple years, but it turns out Fayetteville has become one of the worst places to buy a house in the country.

A recent study by WalletHub found that Fayetteville was ranked at No. 252 out of 300 when it comes to best places to buy a house.

The study broke down into two major categories: Real-Estate Market and Affordability & Economic Environment. Within the Real-Estate Market category, things like median days on the market, foreclosure rate, vacancy rate, share of young homes and more, were considered. For the Affordability & Economic Environment category, things like home price as a share of income, maintenance affordability, job growth rate, unemployment rate, median credit score and more were considered.

A lot of factors went into the study, and it seems the factors that are sinking Fayetteville the most have to do with foreclosure rates. Fayetteville is near the bottom, with some of the worst rates in the country. Fayetteville also came in low on median credit score factors.

Fayetteville did rank decently in the overall Affordability & Economic Environment category, coming in at 79th overall.

It's not all bad news though, as some experts say it's still a decent time to buy a home regardless.

"Many households will likely own their homes for a long time, so I think there is little point in trying to time the market by a few months in the current environment," said Eva Steiner, Associate Professor of Real Estate at Penn State Smeal College of Business. "My advice is not to rush into any purchase decisions just because there is a risk that prices may rise further. The most important factor to consider is the long-term affordability of the purchase."

But what about the rest of the country and the rest of North Carolina overall? Things are looking much better in some places. Let's take a look at the top markets nationwide, and a few more of the North Carolina cities on the list.
