Camila Reveals Which Ariana Grande Song Was Originally Hers
Camila Cabello recently revealed some interesting information about Ariana Grande. During a recent interview with Andy Cohen, she explained that Ariana’s song “God Is A Woman” was originally for her.
Camila says, “I think they had the chorus for the song, and then I wrote verses to it, but it just didn’t end up sounding right for me. So she and everybody wrote her version, and it sounded amazing.” She also opens up about their friendship, saying, “She’s really sweet. We’ll just kind of check on each other and be like, ‘How are you doing?’ Or she’ll be posting something about how she’s doing great mentally and emotionally through Instagram, and I’ll be like, ‘I’m so happy for you.'”
Andy Cohen also mentioned a snippet of Camila singing “God Is A Woman” that was leaked online in 2018, and Camila confirmed that it was her singing it with slightly different lyrics. Listen to the clip below.
