The 9 Most Expensive Fayetteville Homes on the Market in April 2022

A few months ago, we did a story on the most expensive homes on the market in Fayetteville, and since then there’s been a lot of change in the market! So we thought it was time to give the list a refresh and show you what’s out there.

Of course homes at these price ranges don’t sell quite as quickly as others might, but there’s still a lot of new stuff to see here. Plus, some of the homes that were on here before have changed price.

There are nine homes currently listed above $800,000 in Fayetteville. That’s not including plenty of those in the greater Fayetteville area. For the sake of this exercise, we’re keeping it to the Fayetteville zip codes.

As we discovered last time, most of these homes have a theme to them: size and location. Although, there are now more homes out in the Gates Four area than are in the Haymount area. That’s a bit of a change.

But we’re looking at homes with four or more bedrooms, three or more bathrooms, and lots of amenities.

So, let’s take a look at the most expensive Fayetteville homes currently on the market, as of April 18, 2022:
