Finally, the world is getting a Cher memoir, and since the icon has lived such a remarkable life, she's releasing it in two parts.

Cher: The Memoir, Part One is coming out on November 19 and is currently available for pre-order at HarperCollins.com. Per Harper Collins, "'Cher: The Memoir, Part One' follows her extraordinary beginnings through childhood to meeting and marrying Sonny Bono—and reveals the highly complicated relationship that made them world-famous, but eventually drove them apart."

The publisher notes of Cher's memoir, "It is a life too immense for only one book." Frankly, it's hard to argue against that sentiment.

While fans can mark the release of "Part One" on their calendars, "Part Two" doesn't have a release date yet, but Rolling Stone notes it is set for release in 2025.

Cher shared the cover artwork of "Part One" via social media, and fans are already eating it up. In the comment section on Instagram, Whoopi Goldberg wrote, "I can’t wait Cher, I’m excited & yes Please read the Audiobook it would be so great to hear your voice and feel your vibe in every word."

Seriously, this needs to happen. We're with Whoopi on this one: No one else can do the audiobook for the Cher memoir other than the legend herself. Also, can an audiobook win a Grammy for Album of the Year? If anyone can make it happen, it's Cher!

The Cher Memoir Isn't The Only Big Moment in 2024

A month before the release of "Part One" of the Cher memoir, the pop icon will be inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

As previously reported, Cher told ET that she would attend the ceremony and noted, "I'm going to have some words to say. I'm going to accept it as me."

In December 2023 before she was nominated for the 2024 induction class, Cher talked about famously being snubbed by the Rock Hall during an appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show. Clarkson mentions how Cher has had a No. 1 song in each of the past seven decades. While Clarkson marveled at that feat, Cher tells her that the Rolling Stones have also accomplished the same. However, the pop icon mentions that the Stones are in the Rock Hall, but she isn't.

The studio audience and Clarkson were aghast at that, but Cher took everything in stride. She said, "I wouldn't be in it now if they gave me a million dollars ... They can just go you-know-what-themselves."

Cher celebrates her 75th birthday today, and the iconic singer and actress is known for her blunt, carefree statements. We have compiled a list of her 14 most memorable and inspiring quotes.
