Fayetteville Woodpeckers Celebrating ‘Christmas In July’ Friday At Segra Stadium
‘Tis the season to swing away! The Fayetteville Woodpeckers are bringing some Christmas cheer to the ballpark this week with their annual “Christmas In July” event.
The Woodpeckers know how to put on an unforgettable holiday-themed showcase, whether it’s actually around Christmas time, or just a few months early. And this Christmas in July event looks like it could land them on the Nice List for life!
The Christmas in July festivities will take place at Segra Stadium on Friday, July 18 as the Woodpeckers take on the Charleston RiverDogs. The Woodpeckers have a winning record over Charleston so far this season.
There is much for Woodpeckers fans to enjoy at the Christmas In July event. In addition to all the on-field action, fans can also expect a special guest from the North Pole to join the fun and cheer the ho-ho-home team to victory!
The holiday cheer will continue through the night as the Woodpeckers will give away a custom Christmas sweater jersey to one of the first 1,000 fans through the gate.
Christmas is also a time for generosity and giving, which the Woodpeckers are helping to celebrate as well. Fans who bring a new toy to donate to Toys for Tots Cumberland/Robeson will receive a $7 ticket voucher.
