Days after being admitted to the Walter Reed Medical Center after he tested positive for COVID-19, President Donald J. Trump tweeted, "I will be leaving the great Walter Reed Medical Center today at 6:30 P.M. Feeling really good! Don’t be afraid of Covid. Don’t let it dominate your life. We have developed, under the Trump Administration, some really great drugs & knowledge. I feel better than I did 20 years ago!"
The news comes as the President's press secretary Kayleigh McEnany has tested positive, and former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, who advised Trump at the last debate, recently tested positive as well. Over 200,000 Americans have died from COVID-19 so far, according to ABC News.
