Simon Cowell Speaks Out About Breaking His Back: ‘Read The Manual’
As we reported, Simon Cowell broke his back over the weekend while riding a new electric bike. Per E! News, he was hospitalized and underwent surgery overnight on Saturday.
Now the television personality has gone to social media to update fans on his health. On Twitter, he wrote, “Some good advice… If you buy an electric trail bike, read the manual before you ride it for the first time. I have broken part of my back. Thank you to everyone for your kind messages.”
He also thanked everyone for taking care of him. “And a massive thank you to all the nurses and doctors. Some of the nicest people I have ever met. Stay safe everyone Simon.”

Since the news of Cowell’s accident went public, his fellow America’s Got Talent judges have sent him well wishes. Heidi Klum posted a photo of her, Sofía Vergara, and Howie Mandel next to his empty chair. She wrote, “Wishing you a speedy recovery @SimonCowell.”
