The Discovery Channel has tried some goofy stunts to keep fans interested in their annual "Shark Week," but this might be the weirdest: Mike Tyson is, supposedly, going to take on a great white shark in Tyson Vs. Jaws: Rumble on the Reef.
In the special, Tyson will "square off" against a shark "in the name of research." Legendary announcer Michael Buffer will call the action. Discovery hasn't been very specific about what will actually go down during the special, but they have said that no sharks were harmed during filming, and as far as we know, Mike Tyson is still alive, and in the trailer below, he brags, "Someone's gonna get bit!"
Tyson Vs. Jaws: Rumble On The Reef airs on August 9 at 9 pm ET.
