ATF Offers $5,000 Reward in Attempted Market House Arson

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is looking for help in identifying additional individuals involved in the attempted arson at the Market House in Fayetteville. Information leading to arrest and conviction would be eligible for up to a $5,000 reward.

Two arrests have already been made in the case, with two Fayetteville men - Charles Anthony Pittman and Andrew Garcia-Smith - facing Federal charges for the fires set on Saturday, May 30. The fires were set during protests in Downtown Fayetteville.

In a release from the US Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of North Carolina, officials asked for helping in identifying the two people in the attached photo, as well as any others that may have been involved in the fires.

Anyone with information is asked to call or email the ATF tipline. The phone number is 888-ATF-TIPS and the email is atftips@atf.gov. All calls and emails are confidential, according to the ATF, and can be made 24 hours a day.
