Here's What Really Happens To Your Body During A Flight

Flying can put your body through all sorts of stress that can cause headaches or dizziness.

According to Daily Mail, "Jetlag, motion sickness, and ankle swelling are just some issues fliers may face especially during a long haul flight."

Hypoxia is when the body's tissues are deprived of oxygen. This can cause a headache, feeling dizzy, or unable to focus. Drink a lot of water before a during the flight, stay away from alcoholic beverages.

When flying many people complain about having bad breath. Bad breath is due to the dry and oxygen-deprived conditions in an aircraft cabin.

Try and eat healthy foods, drink lots of water and brush your teeth. For more physiological effects of flying check out the video below and how to reduce them.
